1 Clothing 'Band' Size
With a flexible measuring tape, measure your waist circumference at the narrowest point. Locate the column with your waist measurement on the size chart below to find your “band size" for the full bust clothing.2 Clothing 'Cup' Size
While wearing a good fitting bra, measure your chest circumference over the fullest part of your bust. Locate the row with your bust measurement on the size charts below to find your “cup size" for the full bust clothing.F–H Sizing
