21 years ago, LACE Paper Catalogue 2000

21 years ago, LACE Lingerie published its first specialist catalogue with a focus on “smart lingerie for bigger busts”. Back then, it was almost impossible to find a bra for women with a cup size of D or more. At that time, LACE had physical shops, and we saw the need of these women with curves when we were doing bra fitting in our shops. In 2000, our catalogues were D-G cup or D-H cup. Since then, the sizes have been significantly expanded. Today, LACE offers bra sizes up to a P cup.

Already in 2000, LACE launched its first online shop together with the specialist catalogue. Today, online is 99% of our sales. We now have fulfilled more than 1 million online orders.

We stopped paper catalogues some years ago, while the online-shop - contrary to paper editions – obviously always are updated with latest prices and stock availability.

But back in 2000, the paper catalogue was the right thing to do to promote the niche for women with bigger busts. 21 years later, we still concentrate our full energy on this target group. Then we had 15 brands, now we have 50. Then we had 30 bra sizes, now we offer 96.
