Incomplete or damaged Delivery

Please check your order and the delivered items when receiving a delivery - before you sign for it.

It you notice the box is damaged or dirty, please check the content still in presence of the delivery man.
Please utter a claim directly - if needed refuse to sign for the parcel.

If there isn't any obvious damage to the parcel itself, but you still find something missing, please contact us immediately.

If possible, please take pictures of the box and send us these.

We will examine that case as soon as possible and get back to you.
